Buffalo 311 handles city of Buffalo non-emergency quality of service requests. This application allows users to make service requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Users will be able to quickly and easily report quality of life issues through the app that will be sent to the responsible department to take action with the ability to view the status of request that you submitted through the app; as well as getting other city information such as bulk trash dates, fire house locations, recycling information and much more.
